Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Jobkit (ROSSTECH LLC) collects, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Account data: your email, name and password hash, or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google.
- Business data you enter: company details, customers, quotes, invoices, schedules, catalogs, uploaded documents and images.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and subscription status. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage and technical data: server logs, error reports and basic analytics needed to run and improve the service.
How we use it
To provide Jobkit to you and your organization, bill you, send transactional email (confirmations, receipts, payment problems), answer support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use your customers' contact details for our own marketing.
Who we share it with
- Stripe for payments and subscription management.
- Supabase and Vercel for hosting, database, authentication and file storage.
- AI providers (via Vercel AI Gateway) and Brave Search for the AI assistant, document extraction and the local business feed. Only the content needed for the request is sent.
- Google if you connect Google sign in or Google Calendar.
- Customers you send an estimate to see the estimate and your company branding, not your account.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept for as long as your organization exists. Email hello@jobkit.work to export or delete your organization and we will do it within 30 days, subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting providers, access is scoped per organization, and payment details never touch our servers.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data by using the app or emailing us. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, we honor them on request.
