Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Jobkit, the contractor quoting and scheduling service at jobkit.work and app.jobkit.work, operated by ROSSTECH LLC ("Jobkit", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for the people you invite into your organization. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business.

2. Subscription, trial and payment

Jobkit is sold as a monthly subscription, currently $99 per month per organization, billed through Stripe. New organizations start with a 7 day free trial that requires a payment method on file. At the end of the trial your card is charged for the first month and monthly after that until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing; access continues through the end of the period you have paid for and no partial refunds are given. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email.

3. Your data

Quotes, customers, catalogs, schedules and files you put into Jobkit belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service. When your subscription lapses you keep read access to your data; we may delete data from organizations that have been canceled for more than 12 months after emailing you first.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Jobkit to break the law, to send spam, to store content you have no right to, or to probe or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. AI features

Some features use automated systems to read price lists, draft text and answer questions about your business. They can be wrong. Review anything Jobkit generates before you send it to a customer or rely on it for a decision.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep Jobkit available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is by email at hello@jobkit.work.

7. Warranty and liability

Jobkit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the app before they take effect. You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that violate these terms.
